The problem is that when I restart my server, the mods all appear below the box with their IDs, however a sentence tells me that they will be installed the next time the server starts.

But it's been 10 times that I restart the server. I then tried to install them one by one but the message remains the same. The first thing you have to do is know the ID of the mod you want to install. This ID can be found in the description of the mod. Consider that the server startup time will increase as the server has to download all the mod files, depending on the quantity and file size of the mods, the first restart could take way longer than expected.

Also, once you enter the server, it is possible that the time to enter the first time will increase since your client has to synchronize all the necessary data. When just running as it gave the above error. I figured there had to be a way easier than downloading it elsewhere and ftp'ing it in like others have recommended.
