I am a total newb at setting up a TV so my settings are likely not the best in the world. My picture quality is much better then out of the box, but I still am not quite satisfied. Skin tones in general and some shades of yellow look a bit on the greenish side to me. Anyways if anyone else has this TV and and wouldn't mind sharing your settings that would be awesome or a suggestion on how to get rid of my green issues I'd appreciate it. Vivid for picture Audio set to Sports pic size i kept the default at wide.

To adjust the skin tone issue you're having, try changing color temperature to warm first and, if that doesn't help, adjusting the tint slider. I've tried the temperature set to warm and didn't care for the picture.. The tint slider is non adjustable. What picture mode are you in? The tint slider may be locked in standard or vivid but unlocked in movie or cinema mode. I could be wrong, just speculating based on what is sometimes the case with other models TVs.

If not, then unless the TV has White Balance controls, there's not much you can do You could try to change the color control by a little bit, but that may or may not do you any good. I've tried all the picture modes and Tint is greyed out in all of them.

However in the service menu in the normal menu press it has options to adjust Tint and it has a section on white balance. I wouldn't know what to adjust in white balance and after I adjust the tint slider and exit it seems to default back to before I made the adjustments.. There is probably some button I need to press for the settings to be saved but I dont know what it would be.

I noticed this last night and again this morning, Within the first 2 minutes approx of turning the set on, the volume control will not respond with the remote at all. After that it is very slow until 5 minutes later then it works normally.
